Hi,
Recently, we bought us this nice trappist Chimay tasting box.
It came at €4.49 at supermarket Colruyt, and contains one 75cl Chimay blue Grande Réserve and a big portion (250 gram!) of Grand Chimay cheese.
€4.49 ?? That's a bargain 









Time to savor folks !!





To make the tasting even that more satisfying, we added a Triple Westmalle with the original Westmalle Trappist Cheese (the young one).



Paired with fresh (salted) butter and French baguette bread makes it a heavenly pairing !!
